The petitioner is challenging the order placing the petitioner on supernumerary posts. It is submitted that, subsequently thereafter caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. The petitioner has challenged the order of invalidation by filing separate writ petition. In the said writ petition, the petitioner can claim all the relief, as may be permissible including the act of placing the petitioner on supernumerary post. 2.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
