It is submitted that the Validation Certificate in respect of petitioner is pending before respondent No.4-Committee since 16th April, 2015.

Considering the above, we pass following order :- i) The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within six months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. In view of the judgment of this

( 2 ) wp348.17 Court in the case of Anant Ulhalkar Vs. Chief Election Commissioner reported in 2017 (1) Mh.L.J.431, it is not possible to consider other reliefs prayed in the present petition, as on non-submission of validity within six months, the disqualification is automatic.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
