Mr Narwade, learned Advocate for the petitioners, at the outset, sincerely submits that the petitioners have challenged the judgment and order dated 25/04/2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Court, Ahmednagar in Criminal Revision No.24/2015, thereby confirming the order dated 05/01/2015, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ahmednagar below Exhibit 63 in R.T.C. No.414/2006 thereby rejecting their discharge application. 2.

It is submitted that now the matter is fixed for recording of statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Since the matter is proceeded further, this petition has become in fructuous.
