Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.3- the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal tendered by the petitioner and pending with the Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, respondents Nos. 1 and 2 are directed not to take any action against the petitioner merely on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate.

It would be open for the 1/2

16.odt respondents to take appropriate action depending upon outcome of the validation proceedings pending with the Committee.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
