The Applicant is the original Respondent No.1 in the Writ Petition. He indicates that this Court by it's order dated 18.10.2010 passed in Civil Application No.3900/2010 and the order dated 11.01.2013 in Civil Application No.331/2012, had listed the matter for final hearing. The petition is of the year 2009. This Court is taking up old final hearing matters instituted in the years 1994 onwards. However, since this Court by the above referred two orders has listed the petition for final hearing, this application is allowed.
