This application is moved for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court.

The learned Counsel representing the acquiring body object to the withdrawal of the amount. However, in view of the submissions made and for the reasons cited in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank, till disposal of the appeal.

The Civil Application No. 3290 of 2021 for withdrawal of the amount, is accordingly disposed of.
