The application is filed for condonation of delay of 109 days caused in filing proceeding and also setting aside the order of the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused. Heard the learned counsel for applicants. In view of the contents of the application and submissions made, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Order of learned Registrar Judicial is set aside. Objections are to be removed prior to 7.4.2016. If the objections are not removed prior to 7.4.2016, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
