CORAM : T.V. NALAWADE, J.

DATED : 19th August, 2015.

ORDER :

1.

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 103 days caused in filing the application for restoration and prayer is also made to restore the Second Appeal by setting aside the order of Registrar by which registration is refused as office objections were not removed. In view of the submissions made and the contents of the application, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of refusal of registration made by the Registrar is set aside.

2.

The learned counsel for applicant undertakes to remove office objections prior to 4.9.2015. If the office objections are not removed prior to that date, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
