In similarly situated matters, the Court has taken a view that since the amount of compensation is not deposited with this Court, applicants may approach the Executing Court where the compensation amount has been deposited.

In view of that matter, the application stands disposed of with liberty to move the application for withdrawal of amount before the Reference/Executing Court.
