ORAL ORDER :

The petitioner claims to be belonging to Koli

Writ Petition No.7802/2015 Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe and the caste validation claim forwarded by the employer to the Scrutiny Committee pertaining to the petitioner is stated to be pending since March 2014. 2.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent Scrutiny Committee to take decision in respect of caste validation proposal pertaining to the petitioner pending with the Scrutiny Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, the employer i.e. respondents No.2 and 3 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner on the ground of her failure to submit caste validation certificate. Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. 4.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, Civil Application No.15644/2015 does not survive and same stands disposed of.
