Heard Mr. Kakad, Advocate holding for Mr. Mukhedkar, Advocate for applicant and A.P.P. for State. Perused order passed in the Criminal Appeal. The counsel for applicant states that, the applicant - accused had engaged counsel earlier in the appeal who has stopped practice and thus, the appellant was unrepresented. Counsel makes request to cancel the bailable warrant. 2.
