The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee for validation of her tribe certificate. 2.

It is being pointed out that the petitioner's father Suresh has been granted blanket validity by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.12218/2022 dated 19.12.2022. Even her real sister Pragati has been granted validity by the order of this Court even prior thereto, in Writ Petition No.1022/2021 by the order dated 09.01.2021.

Since the petitioner's father and real sister have been granted certificate of validity that too without putting any condition, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2/

2 942.WP-7682-2024.doc Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible within two weeks from the date of her appearance before the Committee.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.08.2024.

The Committee may consider granting benefit of the validities possessed by her father and real sister pursuant to the order of this Court.
