Heard Mr. Machave, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner.

He invites attention of this Court to order dated 11.11.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.12115/2024, wherein this Court granted interim relief permitting authorities to take symbolic possession of property with further stipulation that they shall not proceed to conduct any auction.

It is brought to notice of this Court that vide communication dated 10.06.2025 issued by Tahsildar, Khultabad to Circle Officer, Sultanpur directions are issued to take actual possession of suit property and hand over the same to representatives of Adarsh Nagari Sahakari Pat Santha.

The learned Advocate appearing for petitioner submits that respondents were permitted to take symbolic possession, but now under aforesaid notice, attempt is made to take actual possession. 5.

The petitioner is at liberty to bring to the notice of Tahsildar, Khultabad aforesaid order. It is not disputed before this Court that till this date, physical possession is not taken from petitioner. Therefore, Contempt Petition is premature and accordingly stands disposed of.
