Pursuant to the order dated 20th January, 2021, the Section Officer, PLA Section has submitted report, which reads as under :- "REPORT Below kept are the facts submitted by the official in the matter and also the reasons that office could not complied the Honourable Court's order dt.

13/09/2019.

In view of the Honourable Court's order dt. 21/01/2021 it is

respectfully submitted that for the compliance of the order dt.

13/09/2019 passed in Civil Application No.6903/2019, the Advocate for applicants (Orig.

Claimant Nos.1 and 2) has not submitted the Bank Documents to this office for transfer of amount on the account of beneficiary as per order of the Honourable Court.

It is humbly submitted that we have no difficulty to disburse the amount. As soon as the requisite documents are produced, the office will transfer the amount immediately to the account of beneficiary.

Hence respectfully submitted."

Mr.Paranjape learned counsel for the applicants submits that the particulars of the bank accounts shall be furnished within two weeks.

If the applicants furnish bank particulars then the Registry can disburse the amount in terms of order dated 13th September, 2019 already passed in Civil Application No.6903/2019 by this

Court (Coram : Smt.Vibha Kankanwadi, J).

In view of order dated 13.09.2019 passed in Civil Application No.6903/2019, the present application filed seeking same relief cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as not maintainable in view of order dated 13.09.2019 passed in Civil Application No.6903/2019. The applicants are directed to furnish the particulars/documents of Bank accounts of applicants to enable the Registry to act as per order dated 13.09.2019 and disburse the amount in terms of said order.

The application be marked as disposed of.
