The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal for validation of the tribe claim of the petitioner was made with the Committee on 27.10.2020. The Committee be directed to decide the validation proceeding, as the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 03.09.2021.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission in the
