The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime no. 143 of 2016 registered at Badnapur Police Station, Dist. Jalna for the offences punishable under section 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the FIR and the investigation papers.

The role attributed to the applicant in the crime in question is use of pipe for assaulting the complainant. Perusal of the injury certificate of the complainant depicts that he suffered two simple injuries, which are caused by hard and blunt object. The same would be punishable under section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, which is a bailable offence. Hence, the following order:- 5.

In the event of the arrest of the applicant in Crime no. 143 of 2016 registered with Badnapur Police Station, Dist. Jalna for the offences punishable under section 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 6th and 7th August, 2016 between 10 am and 12 noon and, thereafter, as and when called. 7.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.
