ORDER:

These are applications under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 preferred by the applicants seeking grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.105 registered with Shindkheda Police Station, Dist. Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 395, 354, 452, 324, 323, 143, 147, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is the case of the prosecution that on 11.07.2021, at about 8.00 a.m., applicants- Gopal Dhanraj Patil, Yuvraj Devidas Patil, Rahul Yuvraj Patil, Dhanraj Devidas Patil and other accused entered into the house of the informant. It is alleged that the applicant Yuvraj Devidas tried to kill the informant by throttling. Applicant- Dhanraj Devidas assaulted the informant by means of blade and outraged her modesty. Similarly, applicant Rahul Yuvraj Patil removed Rs.1.50 lakhs from her house. When her husband tried to intervene, he was also assaulted. 3.
It may be noted that one of the accused namely Anita Yuvraj Patil in the present crime has also lodged FIR No. 165/2021 against the present informant and others. It is submitted at bar that in the present case, the parties to the dispute have arrived at compromise and that they have no grievance against each other. 4.
In view of above, in my considered opinion, the present application deserves to be allowed. I, therefore, pass following order:
O R D E R
i.
In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No.105 registered with Shindkheda Police Station, Dist. Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 395, 354, 452, 324, 323, 143, 147, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the applicants are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- [Rs. Twenty thousand only] each, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
ii. The applicants shall attend concerned police station as and when called and shall cooperate with the police in the investigation.
