The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner is pending. The result of the petitioner's examination has not been declared by the University. According to the learned counsel, it is for the Committee to decide the said proceeding. 3.
Mr. P.S.Patil, the learned counsel for the Committee states that it is the petitioner who is not cooperating in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. Twice the petitioner was absent. Now the matter is kept on 21.8.2015 for hearing.

Mr. Girase the learned counsel for the Respondent University states that as the petitioner has given admission from the reserved category and as validity is not submitted, result is rightly withheld.

We have considered the submissions canvassed by the learned counsel for respective parties.

To get the proceedings decided is not in the hands of the litigant, however, the petitioner also is required to co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear on the next date given before the Committee to get the proceeding decided.

The respondents No.2 and 3 shall not with hold the result of the petitioner's examination and shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings is pending. Of course, respondents no.2 and 3 are entitled to take further steps in tune with the Judgment of the Committee. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
