Instant anticipatory bail application is filed, apprehending arrest in Crime No.0588/2024, registered at Gangakhed Police Station, District Parbhani for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
In support of above relief, learned counsel submitted that applicant is falsely implicated. That, main allegations are directed against one Mahesh Bhatane. That, there are allegations that, said person, who works in police department assured informant to fix job
{2} in police department, Pune and allegedly obtained various amounts time to time. That, present applicant has no concern. That, he is involved merely because he happens to be acquaintance of Bhagwat Phad and Mahesh Bhatane. That, he has never interacted with complainant and had not given any assurance. Moreover, applicant is kidney patient and he is required to take dialysis. As he ready to co-operate with the investigating machinery, learned counsel prays to grant relief of anticipatory bail.

Learned APP strongly opposed on the ground that, applicant is associate of main accused Mahesh Bhatane, who works in police department and said person had assured employment in police department on meeting his demand of Rs.12,00,000/-. That, time to time, informant had paid huge amount. That, appointment letter is also given, but it is found to be fake, forged and bogus. That, present applicant is named for taking Rs.5,00,000/- on behalf of main accused. For thorough and proper investigation custodial interrogation of applicant is necessary. Therefore, application is sought to be rejected.

Heard. Perused the papers. FIR is at the instance of one Mukta Mundhe, who was aspirant of joining police force and as such, was taking efforts and training. She happened to meet Surekha, who also
{3} is an aspirant, and at her instance, informant claims to have met her cousin brother Mahesh Bhtane and he allegedly assured job as he had already arranged similar job for others i.e. on payment of Rs.12,00,000/-. It is alleged that, on 02.07.2023 present applicant came in Tawera Car and taken Rs.5,00,000/- from the informant's husband and gave recruitment order of the informant to him. However, the informant has not received the joining letter. On questioning about the same, the present applicant and Mahesh Bhatane avoided informant. With such allegations, above crime has been registered for above offences.

Resultantly, applicant is named. Role specifically attributed to him is that, he is acquaintance of Mahash Bhatane and Bhagwat Phad, and he himself has accepted Rs.5,00,000/- from the informant's husband and gave fake recruitment order. Therefore, for effective investigation, custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected.
