The representations of the Petitioner, dated 30/11/2022, followed by one more representation dated 30/12/2022 and yet another representation dated 17/01/2023, are still pending at the level of Respondent No.3/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/Zilla Parishad submits that the said representations of the Petitioner would be considered on their own merits and in the light of the

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction that the Respondent/ Zilla Parishad shall deal with the said representations of the Petitioner and arrive at a decision, considering the Government Resolutions applicable, availability of vacancies and the practicability in entertaining the request of the Petitioner, within a period of 30 days.
