The petitioners' proposals are pending verification by the Scrutiny Committee submitted in July, 2023.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the

2 930 & 934.WP-7664-2024.doc petitioners are aspiring to get admission through the ongoing NEETUG and want early decision. Learned advocate points out that the cousin of the petitioners, Lingeshwar Vyankatrao Pallewad and his father Vyankat Vitthalrao Pallewad have been granted certificate of validity pursuant to the order of this Court, based on earlier validities of one Rushikesh Uddhav, Kranti Yadav and Karan Yadav, who are also third degree cousins of the petitioners. 3.

Considering the above mentioned circumstances, we dispose of the writ petitions by directing the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioners' proposals within three weeks from the date of their appearance before the Committee. 4.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 25.07.2024.
