He has placed on record the photo copy of notice dated 26th August, 2025, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification and report of postal department indicating that the service of notice. 3.

In view of this, appearance of learned Counsel Mr. Kazi for the Petitioners stands discharged.
