Heard the learned counsels for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The applicants seek bail in C.R.No.334 of 2024 registered with Ahmedpur Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is mob lynching case. There is no specific role attributed to the accused. It has been transpired that the deceased was
957-BA-1298-24.odt habitual drunken and he was moving broken bottle in his hand. There is material contradiction in the statement of the mother of the victim, who was the first informant and so-called eyewitness. The injuries suffered to the deceased were simple. Before the incident, he was under treatment for other ailments. 4.
Considering the facts in-toto, the Court is of the view that the applicants have good case for bail. Hence, the order;
ORDER
i) The bail applications are allowed.
ii) Applicants No.1 - Yunus Shadul Shaikh, No.2 Wahid Rashid Shaikh and No.3 - Manjur Mahebub Shaikh in B.A.No.1298 of 2024 and applicant - Ravi Balaji Mulke in B.A.No.1287 of 2024, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that they should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
