ORDER :

The learned counsel for applicant, on instruction submitted that in the crime, the investigating agency has filed 'B' summary report. The submissions made show that no order either of acceptance or rejection is made by the learned J.M.F.C. on the said report. In view of this circumstance, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he may be given liberty to approach to this Court again, if the report is rejected and further orders are made by the learned J.M.F.C. 2.
