Per Court :- Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, during pendency of present Application for bail, the Investigating Officer has filed the Charge-Sheet before the court of law. In that view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Application in order to file bail application afresh before the trial court. Permission is granted.

[2] Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the Applicant to file bail application, afresh before the trial court, in view of subsequent filing of the charge sheet.
