Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the present Application was filed for quashing the complaint filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rahata against applicant, however, on 7th October 2013 the original complaint has been dismissed in default. Nothing has been taken up later on by the complainant- respondent as per the information of learned Advocate. He further submits that in view of the same the Criminal Application can be disposed of.
