Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Perused the application. The applicant preferred appeal against judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court for enhancement of compensation amount. However, there were office objections, but the same were not removed without stipulated period hence appeal came to be dismissed. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to unavoidable circumstances office objections could not be removed at the earliest. He undertakes to remove the office objections, if any, within two weeks after restoration of the proceedings to its original stage. In view of nature of subjectmatter and submissions advanced on behalf of applicant,

2 921-CA-14516-16 application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B & C". The delay caused in filing the present application stands condoned. The first appeal be restored to its original stage. The order of refusing registration of the appeal stands quashed and set aside. The applicant to remove office objection within two weeks after restoration of the proceeding at its original stage. 4.
