This matter is covered by our order passed on 04/07/2017 in Writ Petition No. 8456 of 2017. The petitioner was issued a certificate, certifying her as Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe (Entry no.27). The proceedings are pending before the competent Scrutiny Committee (respondent no.2).

In the meanwhile, the petitioner received communication / show cause notice seeking to terminate her services for non-production of the validity certificate. 4.

This Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the pending claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and within four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Scrutiny Committee should overlook the mistake and error in the spelling of the tribe/caste in the certificate issued to the Petitioner.

Pending decision of the Scrutiny Committee, the services of the petitioner shall not be terminated only on the ground that she was unable to produce the validity certificate. 6.

Writ Petition disposed of.
