By this application, applicants seek restoration of writ petition by setting aside order dated 08.01.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two weeks.

Taking into account the submissions advanced and pleadings in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C) subject to condition that applicants to remove office objections within a period of two weeks. If office objections are not removed within stipulated period, the order of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall govern the proceeding. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
