1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant could not remove office objections within stipulated period, hence, the learned Registrar [Judicial] has refused to register the appeal. The learned counsel further submits that due to personal difficulty, the applicant could not remove office objections, hence, requested to allow the application.

2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons mentioned in the

12097.20CA application, application is allowed. Delay for filing the application is condoned. The order passed by the learned Registrar [Judicial] is quashed and set aside. The applicant to remove office objection within two weeks.
