PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 or any officer subordinate to the Collector to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner on 8.8.2008 and all other subsequent applications, praying for grant of rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today and it is accordingly directed. On determination of amount of rental compensation, respondent No.5 shall pay the amount as per the entitlement of the petitioner so determined as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of decision.
