The petitioner's proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee for validation of tribe certificate. It is being pointed out that the petitioner's father possess the certificate of validity. It is also being informed that the vigilance inquiry has been concluded. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 26.07.2024. If the vigilance report has already been received, it shall be served to him on the very day. In any case, the petitioner's proposal shall be decided as expeditiously as possible within four weeks from the date of his appearance.
