The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that four real paternal cousins of the petitioner have also filed proceedings for validation. The vigilance is completed in their cases. In two cases hearing has also taken place. The petitioner has also filed reply to the vigilance report. Now, it is only pending for hearing and final decision. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner appeared before the committee on 24.02.2020, but the hearing could not take place. The committee be directed to decide the proceeding. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 06.09.2021. The committee shall hear the petitioner and endeavour to decide the
