Present petition has been filed for directions to the respondent no.1 to decide the comprehensive proposal dated 23.3.2017, representation dated 11.6.2024 and reminder dated 30.5.2025 for grant of development subsidy amount in view of the policy decision dated 13.12.1990.

Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents and places on record a copy of the communication dated 27.2.2024 issued by respondent no.2 to respondent no.3, which is taken on record by marking Exhibit-'X'.

In fact, it appears that, prior to that on 9.2.2024 also there was similar communication, wherein, it has been stated that the proposal of the petitioner has been filed (द्቎री दाखल). 4.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, from the petitioner, submits that, petitioner be given liberty to withdraw the petition, with liberty to challenge the Exhibit 'X'. 5.

In view of the said statement, petition stands disposed off with liberty, as prayed for.
