24th November, 2017 PER COURT : - The applicant-husband has instituted maintenance proceedings, bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No. 25 of 2014, of which transfer is sought at Parbhani.

The fact remains that the said proceedings are pending at Sailu and the applicant submits that if permitted she will continue to attend the proceedings at Majalgaon, provided she is paid expenses. 3.

Considering the prayer, the respondent is directed to deposit amount of Rs.2,000/- within a period of four weeks from

mca132.17 today before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Majalgaon, in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 25 of 2014. If the applicant attends the proceedings, the Court shall ensure payment of Rs.1,000/- by the respondent to the applicant on each date. The respondent shall continue to deposit amount of Rs.1,000/- on successive dates thereafter till conclusion of the proceedings. 4.

With the above observations, present application stands disposed of.
