It appears that in connected matter, the applicants therein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the court under order dated 05/10/2021 of this court. As such, the applicants herein, are also permitted to withdrawn 50% of the deposited amount alongwith the accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
