The petitioner is before this Court, seeking directions to the respondent No.2 - Committee for Scrutiny and Verification of Tribe Claims, to decide the claim of petitioner, pending before the Committee since 7.8.2018.

As the copy of the petition was supplied to the office of the Government Pleader, the learned A.G.P., on instructions, submitted before this Court that, the claim of the petitioner is decided by the Scrutiny Committee on 7.7.2019. On this

Writ Petition No.8512/2019 (( 2 )) statement, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner be permitted to challenge the decision of the Scrutiny Committee, if by the said decision the Committee rejected the validation claim of the petitioner. The petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed.
