Though this Application is mentioned as a Civil Application, the same actually is a Review Application.

By consent of the parties, the Civil Application is allowed, with the observations that the lapsing of reservation vide judgment of this Court dated 16.06.2016, in Writ Petition No. 2824/2016, would be restricted only to the extent of Site No. 67 in Gat No. 83/B/1. 3.
The Municipal Council, Pathardi shall communicate the lapsing of reservation to Respondent No.1 within 30 days from today. In turn, Respondent No.1 would issue notification under section 127 (2) of the MRTP Act within 60 days.
