Heard learned counsel Mr. Kulkarni. Perused the documents annexed to the application seeking early hearing. 2.

According to learned APP, all medical papers are of 2015 to 2022 and no recent documents are filed suggesting any urgency so as to take the matter out of turn.

Accused is diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. Taking said medical condition and the stage of the alleged carcinoma, matter deserves to be taken out of turn.

Criminal Application No. 2505 of 2025 is allowed. Fix the appeal for final hearing on 21.08.2025.
