On 26/08/2021, we had passed the following order : "1. None for the petitioner.

Ever since the grant of ad-interim protection by this Court on 11.02.2012, this matter has been consistently adjourned. It is yet to be admitted despite passage of 9 years.
3.
The learned AGP submits that he has received the record and is ready with the matter.
4.
As a last chance, we are adjourning the matter to 15.09.2021. Any further adjournment motion and we

On 15/09/2021, since the learned Advocate for the petitioner was again absent, we passed the following order : "1.
Shri. Narwadkar, the learned advocate submits on behalf of Shri S. R. Barlinge that the latter has a personal difficulty and prays for only two weeks time. 2.
By maintaining our observations in the order dated 26.08.2021, we are granting a last chance and we are posting this matter on 06.10.2021."

Even today, none appears for the petitioner, inasmuch as, nobody has mentioned on behalf of the petitioner. 4.
