According to the petitioner, he was dispossessed as a tenant. The possession was restored. However, he was again dispossessed. Petitioner approached the revenue authorities. The application was dismissed by the Tahsildar in appeal. The appeal was dismissed. He approached the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. The appeal was also dismissed. Against this order, remedy of revision is available.

No extra ordinary circumstance is brought on record to invoke powers of this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will prefer revision before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. If revision is preferred, the time spent in prosecuting this petition may be considered by the revisional authority.
