Learned counsel for the applicants submits that accident in question resulted in death of four members of the family. The tribunal has rightly awarded the compensation and the applicants are entitled to receive the same.

Applications are contested by learned counsel for the corporation. It is contended that quantum awarded is vulnerable in each case. There is every hope of success in first appeal. 5.

I have considered rival submissions of the parties. I have gone through impugned judgment also. In all four members of the family succumbed in the accident. Prima-facie, the evidence has been led before the tribunal and thereafter entitlement is decided. At the same time, the quantum is challenged by the corporation. I am of the view

3 62,63,65-66(i).CA-6960-2025.doc that ends of the justice would be met in permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking.

Civil applications are allowed partly permitting applicants to receive 75% amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 7.
