Learned counsel for the appellant-acquiring body states that the compensation awarded by the reference Court is within the limits of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and therefore, the appellant does not want to pursue the matters. 4.
In view of the above, the First Appeals are disposed of as not pressed by the appellant - acquiring body. 5.
In view of disposal of the appeals, Civil Applications do not survive and stands disposed of.
