By this Civil Application, the Applicants pray for condonation of delay of 1330 days in filing the Review Application. The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that since the order sought to be reviewed dated 02.12.2008 enables the Applicants to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law with regard to the challenge to the licence fees and to seek parity in licence fees, the Applicants would prefer to avail of the said remedy.

None has appeared for the Respondents despite service of court notice.
