1) The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner had moved proposal in the year, 2011 for starting the Secondary School on permanent non grant basis at village Antarwali, District - Beed. However since 2011 no decision has been taken on the same.

2 WP7516.14 2) We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader also.

3) In case it is permissible for the respondents to consider and decide the proposal dated 03.02.2011, then the same shall be decided by the respondents on its own merits in accordance with law and as per its policy expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months. The petitioner is also at liberty to file a fresh proposal in accordance with law, perspective plan and as may be permissible.
