ORDER

1.

While the notice was issued in this matter, it had been made clear that the scope of the petition is confined only to the extent of enhancement in costs.

I have heard the parties to the petition for quite some length. Looking at the circumstances as have been referred to and appearing in the impugned order dated 03-07-2014, the situation can be met with by enhancing costs of Rs.500/- to Rs.1500/-.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that Rs.500/- pursuant to the impugned order have already been paid and further submits that additional amount of Rs. 1000/- would be deposited within three weeks from today before the trial court.

Save modification in enhancement of costs from Rs.500/- to Rs. 1500/-, rest of the impugned order remains untouched.

Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of.
