Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard learned
{2} advocates for the appearing parties finally with consent. 2.
Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that aggrieved by the remark as appearing at page 71 in respect of person at serial No.100, the petitioner has been in writ petition before this court.

Learned advocate for the petitioner further points out order dated 3rd February, 2013 in first appeal No.2382 of 2014 with civil application No.13015 of 2014. According to him, under the same, for the petitioner the dispute stands resolved and as such, the authorities may be directed to take action pursuant to the same.

It is for the petitioner to point out said order to the authorities concerned and it is for the authorities concerned to pass appropriate orders. Authorities may consider request for expeditious disposal, preferably within a period of three months. 5.
Mr. Karpe, purports to submit on behalf of the strangers that the strangers should have an opportunity to agitate their grievance before the authorities.

It is for the strangers, if so advised, to make submissions before the authorities and it is for the authorities to consider
{3} submissions in accordance with facts and law. 7.
With aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms.
