The said communication along with chart is marked 'X-1' for the identification purposes. 2.

Learned Advocate has also placed on record copy of notarized affidavit whereby Vishnu Mansing Rathod, Shravan Mansing Rathod, Subhash Jagan Rthod have given no objection to give rental compensation of Rs. 97,729/- to Magan Mansingh Rathod. The photo copy of the said notarized affidavit is marked 'X-2" for
