Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for the State, perused the pleadings in the petition, annexures thereto, reply filed by respondent No.2.

Upon careful perusal of the reply filed by respondent No.2 and in particular, para 4 thereof, it appears that names of the candidates were recommended for making appointment whose results were declared on 1.6.2010. The proposals of the candidates who were found eligible after re-

7539.12wp assessment were sent to the State Government in Schedule "B" and the same are pending for decision of the State Government.

The petitioner is one of such candidates. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition can be conveniently disposed of by giving directions to the State Government to take decision about the pending proposal sent by respondent No.3, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within three months from today. We direct the State Government, accordingly.

In the light of above, petition stands disposed of.
