The applicant is permitted to serve respondent No. 1 by way of paper publication in News Paper having wide circulation in Chennai and so far as respondents No. 2 to 7, the applicant is permitted to serve them by paper publication in local daily News Paper having wide circulation in Aurangabad District and Aurangabad City and the adjoining area.
